Company profile
Because it is mainly popular with NAMAZAKE (unpasterurized sake), many people visit the sake brewery directly.
On the other hand, our long-aged dry JUNMAISHU (pure rice sake) made from rice in Chiba Prefecture has individuality to be enjoyed. There are concerts and events held in the Sake brewery every year, and it became a popular sake brewery that is often featured in television.
< Our philosophy >
"Jizake (countryside sake) can be brewed only from the local rice, lands, water, and climate, and can be fostered only by the heart of local people."
Under this philosophy, we strive to brew sake with the local rice.
Especially dry Junmai "Mai-zakura", Junmai daiginjo "Weeping cherry blossoms", have grown to popular local sake. Our Junmaishu ages to be matured for three years and shipped, and you can enjoy the condensed taste of flavor.
