New cooking items inspired by a word of a French chef
When a chef of the French restaurant in Paris used ayu fish sauce, he said,
"I wish I could have a paste-type sauce not spilling when carrying the dish".
A light bulb appeared above my head.
It is a smart cooking item with which you can draw characters and pictures on a dish, adding some contrasting touch.
Because it is a starchy sauce, food can be dressed with it, not running at the bottom of the plate.
Company profile
We emphasize tradition and keep making tasty soy sauce.
And we'd like to make a new product and also expand a sale in a new market.
We have developed "Ayu fish sauce" which matches this way of thinking.
The taste and quality of this product is admitted by a chef of all over the world.
